As I work my way through Suny Stony Brooks' Graduate program I thought it might be fun to write about the process. I'm attemping a career change at the age of 47.
I've worked in technical support for 27 years and it is time for something else. I started supporting PCs when they ran PC-DOS (without a number!). I'm so tired of the same questions, same problems day after day. Hopefull the master's program that I'm in will prepare me to be a great college professor. Let someone else fix the PC for a change!
